Workshops and Events
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Before you enrol in a workshop or event, please make sure you are comfortable with, and agree with, our cancellation policy.
As we are a small business with limited spaces, if a participant cancels their place, for any reason, no refund or credit will be given. Please do not make it awkward for us by requesting such a refund or credit. If you are unable to attend you are welcome to transfer your place to another participant. Please contact us and let us know details.
If Nurture Earth cancels a workshop or event, a full refund will be provided, less any administration fee as specified.
All events have minimum number requirements. If minimum numbers are not met, the event will be cancelled. Nurture Earth will give at least 7 days notice of cancelled events, via email. Please be aware of this when making other bookings (e.g. flights, accommodation) which may be affected by such a cancellation.
COVID-19 Terms & Conditions: Workshops and events will only take place when governmental guidelines and/or requirements are able to be met. If, after enrollment, workshops and events are cancelled due to new/changed requirements, or other restrictions deemed by Nurture Earth to be relevant, a refund will provided, less $10 administration fee & credit card payment fees if incurred. If participants cancel, because of Covid-19, no refund or credit will be given. See first paragraph.
Seeds
Our seeds have been grown on our property in cooperation with nature, using methods that build soil and regenerate the land. Each season of seeds are tested for germination before sale. Each batch has passed our Germination Test.
If your seeds are not germinating please contact us so we can recheck the germination of that batch. We will happily refund or replace if we get a low germination rate during out test. If our germination rate is good then we are unable to offer a refund. Please note there are many variables that effect seed germination and these include seed raising medium, propagation environment and seed storage. These could all have an impact on your seed not germinating properly.
Flowers
We aim to grow our flowers to a high quality. The life of your flowers will depend on the environment they are kept in. Your flowers will last longer if they are kept out of the sun and the water is changed daily. Due to the short-lived nature of fresh flowers we can not refund bouquets once sold.
Intellectual Property
Our website, its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nurture Earth.

Our website and related social media sites may contain links to third-party web sites or services. Nurture Earth assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services, and shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with any such web sites or services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our products and services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
